If you’re anything like me you’ve had your share of emotions recently just trying to figure out how we move forward given life’s recent events.
Jobs have been impacted. Careers have been altered. Others are left reflecting and wondering if it is time for a change.
It is easy to fall into a sort of paralysis when you are forced to deal with an unknown. We may have a new revised reality coming out of this, but we will come out of this. We are resilient. I think that is true now more than ever. Our strength has been bubbling to the surface and I’ve seen incredible examples of that every day.
We may be on “pause” but we are not on stop. So, the one question that I’d like to ask is, “what do you want your career to be like when this is all over?”
Is it time to make a change?
I have a career coaching program called “The Get Hired Playbook.” This is a two-hour intensive (yet fun!) program that is designed to help you create a job search strategy so that you can navigate the hiring process. But, there’s so much more! The program includes:
· DISC Assessment
· Career Self Analysis
· Clarifying and Closing the Gap on Your Short-term and Long-term goals
· Personal Branding and What It Means for You
· Writing a Powerful LinkedIn Profile
· Getting Your Resume Noticed
· Creating a Compelling Elevator Speech
· Interviewing Secrets
· Salary Negotiation
· Creating a Job Search Strategy
· Job Searching After 50 (If Applicable)
I am cutting the cost of my coaching fees for the next six months. Every coaching program also includes email support at no additional costs.
Each coaching call will be conducted via Go-To-Meeting.
If you would like to schedule a coaching program or if you want to learn more, please send me an email and we can set up the time to speak in greater detail.
Why Am I Doing This
Because companies have created a recruiting process that is rigid and unrealistic. I understand that process and know the insider secrets that can help you.
I’m a certified coach and I’ve been in talent acquisition for longer than I care to remember. But, I love it. I still work closely with organizations to help them manage their hiring needs and to help them understand their processes from the applicant point of view. That’s important to me because I keep my fingers on the pulse of the hiring industry. That’s why I know the tips and tricks to help you.
I’d be honored to hear from you.
